'Lo again folks,

Been busy working away on my village and have decided I need an Inn for my adventurers to explore/stay at, but none of the original VW buildings are really big enough fo what I wanted so I've bashed a few bits together using the VW and Pubs and Inns.
Please bear in mind that this is still a work in progress that has sadly had to halt due to my ink running out, and I can't get another til the weekend.
Ho-Hum.

The reason the second area has lopsided walls inside is that the printer, or me printed them the wrong size, so I used the other side of the card to reprint, so I still need to add the interior walls on that one.

The remaining two areas upstairs will also be splt up into small rooms, like the first, but they will all be 6x2 squares in size.
The stairs down tile needs trimming and gluing into place too, and I need to modify the P&I stairs to fit the 1" squares.
Loads of furniure to build and add too, and thanks to Aubrey for the curtains kitbash, works lovely and and looks brill!!!

Loads still to do, but I thought I'd share at this stage anyway.
had to photoshop and move a couple of the windows too, as walls would have been hitting them.

Just need a name for it now, and I was thinking of calling it the 'Grumbling Griffon Inn' what do you think?

One question: Which printer are you using? I'm thinking about replacing mine and it looks like you get some really nice results from yours.

I use a Canon Pixma IP1600, and it's great on both the quality of the prints and the quantity I get from a cartridge too.
Only cost me £35, which was nice too, beats my old Lexmark all in one to the ground a hundred times over.
The only thing I found was that when I set up the profile I use only for printing WWG stuff, I had to minus the amount of yellow ink to -4 and plus the black to +1, but that's dead easy it walks you through it when you set up.

Something else that I do, although I probably don't need to is weight newly printed pages down with a heavy book, something I had to do with the Lexmark and have carried on doing, so that I don't get that curling of the card.
Nice straight flat card to work with................MMMmmmmmmmm

Got some more ink, and started work again yesterday, got loads more done, only really the roofs to sort out now and a few interior nick nacks like chairs and tables, and a door for the storeroom.

Plus I went carbooting this morning and earned a ton of cash so I treated myself to a new camera, a Canon Powershot A430, which for those in the UK ASDA have reduced from £76 to a more buyable £56.
Has a super Macro funcion as well as a normal Macro, so you can take REALLY close up pictures.
So here's some taken with the new camera........

I have been pushing around designs for a inn that plays a crucial role in our Arcraetia campaign for some time. This build, combined with your guidance thread on VillageWorks interiors, has helped enormously in figuring out how to build one that will work the way I want it to.
