I have been using paper clips to clip the horizontal supports in each building piece and roof section. I kinda thought that was the way it was supposed to be done until I saw all the info on putting pins/tooth pics in them to line them up. The paper clips have worked fairly well with the few buildings I have used so far, and add a little weight to them. I will have to add some pennies just to be safe, as buildings got bumped quite a bit at the convention game I ran a few weeks ago.

Another thought was to cut the walls from the interiors sets to make interior walls as appropriate (Pubbs & Inns for the wooden buildings, Castles & Keeps for the stone buildings), cutting a wall at the fold to make two interior walls. By cutting the window pieces, they can be glued on the inside of the exterior windows, too. Another alternative is to cut out the window pains and glue in some clear material from document protectors or transparencies to make clear windows. I'm working on a Flintloque (fantasy Napoleonics) scenario for a small Spanish village and pub, and will need several of the buildings to be fitted with interiors, so I will post again if this all works out.

Take a look at the images page setup for WWG, and look at Shattered Dragon's village build. Its probably a few pages back, but from what you're describing, it would be well worth your time to look at it.

Oh - I've found bobby pins work better than paperclips. Easier to put on and take off, and do less damage to the models. I bought two packages from Target (black ones), and they've been great.

Gads, that next pic, small town 1a could be the town in the scenario sheet. I find I rarely have an original idea - at least it looks like I am in good company here that I can always borrow other people's great ideas The bobbie pins sound like a great idea, too. I'll have to try that - keeping them away from the cats may be a different matter, though. For some reason, if the wife leaves a bobby pin or brett, or a scrunchy thingy, laying out, next thing I know is that there is a cat playing with it.
