This would make it a little over 1 and a half feet long and about 7 inches wide on the table.

A to-scale container ship would be asking a bit much, but the one suggested by RangerJim looks like a reasonable alternative.

It's also a matter of playablity and cost-to-usage, IMHO. I can see a whole campaign revolving around a ship like the Maiden, but I somehow doubt the same to be true for a container ship...

Excellent link RangerJim, many thanks! That's the sort of thing I envision when the Mayhem Docks set sees the light of day. Something more "river" than "ocean" going, since anything destined for the open seas is probably HUGE. That landing craft/barge looks about the right size.

I'd imagine something that could hold some of those TEUs on the deck, with a hold, and one end with a raised bridge over crew quarters.
