Hey Andorax... I'm not going to ask you about CWU, because I know you're not supposed to spill the beans on that, but I'd love to hear some more about the review process.

In particular, do you know how many other reviewers there are, or are you the only one? Did the issue of 1.5" vs 1"scale raise a red flag during the review process? It seems like it should have if there were a sufficient variety of reviewers that could raise an issue such as this before we get to the "public outcry" stage...

A while earlier I suggested opening up the review process even further. (Might even have been in this thread, but I don't think Denny has had time to read or respond to it yet.) I'm sure there's several more people who would be willing to sign an NDA, and heck - even pay, just for the privilege of having an early peak and being able to influence the final outcome.

Do you think that Denny might be open to that? We all know how paranoid he is about possible "leaks" to his competitors. Do you think it's a good idea to widen the review process?

The new PaperLinX system looks interesting. Although I'm a little worried about the possible patent issues involved, because it's essentially identical to Dwarven Forge's little bow-tie connectors. I sure do hope Denny looked into this... !

ooh, ooh...can we get the "" thread unlocked now?

Here's a couple of things that came to mind already...

- A round tower, with some system to match said tower to the straight end of a wall (you could slice a strip off the side of the tower so it lines up flush with the wall)

- Octagonal tower top (and a round one for the round tower,of course)

- Spiral stairway inside a tower

- A garderobe!! I've been wanted one of these ever since I saw it on one of WotC's models, but they never actually released it... (If you don't know what a garderobe is, you can see one in use in )

Sigh, I hate having to use PayPal just cause I live in Canada. Looks like it's "No Castle for me!", at least for now. Denny, I really hope you get your own store front up in the near future (heh, may break down and send in a money order, never had to do that before :roll:
