I would like to see a new version of the SOM but this time with roads that would fit into a future cityscape. How into the future, nothing too far like Star Wars but something that could be Earth or Earth-like in 100-200 years. Mainly new road textures and markings (think embedded lights instead of paint) new street props etc.

The other thing I would love to see with this style set is the ability to raise and lower the cityscape - ramps and roads in cut aways.

This style of set could be mixed and matched with the current line of mayhem as things in life don't change all that much. This set would reach the Infinity, Rez, Metropolis, 5150 and even 40k.

Also with this style of setting under way Mecha games wouldn't look so out of place.

I second this idea though. A near future city, bridging the gap between modern and sci-fi.

As for whole buildings I would love to see the shapes overlaid with transparencies then layered again with printed, cut and edged cardstock. To give the feel of glass and steel (whatever)

I betcha Blizzard follows the same path that Warcraft and Diablo went through. Really good first one, absolute crap down the road.

I just hope they learned from Diablo II sucking as bad as it did as well as Warcraft III.

You and I are in the same boat Scotherns.

I am currently trying to think of a good way to incorporate some PCON and PCRS into my build. One suggestion I had is something CCotD is working on, so I'll let him say that one if he completes it.

I'm thinking on making PCON the interior of a large building, but since there is no way I could store a 3x3 building, I would need to make the walls themselves to be dismantleable (is that a word?).

Mars Station shouldn't be too tough to incorporate, and I've seen some great idea on that front, but I need to come up with suitable content for inside the buildings as well. With the props we have right now... I could have a trash can shop, or a foyer with a dozen ATMs...

I do have one very good idea, which I don't want to share yet. It'll take me a while to put it together, and I'm still trying to figure some bits out, but I'll say more when it's closer to completion. It's just one small building, but it should be fun.
