Here's a pic I posted on my blog of some VillageWorks models. It's also got some of my minis and a hex map I created. You can tell these are my first attempts at this The plaster two story has some gaps, but I think I did much better with the stone building. Keeping the tabs tucked in a little helps a lot. Edging makes a huge difference too. It's funny, when I looked at the pic I noticed several places where I need to go do more edging. It's the same way with painted minis. They look great until you take a picture and shine a bright flash on them, and all the tiny mistakes come out!

Good job. If you can squeeze a hand in there and paperclip the floors together (roof to second floor, second floor to ground floor), the seems between floors will disappear quite a bit. I use those corner tabs as surfaces to put the clips on. And butter-fingered players wont be knocking them off all the time.

Villageworks was one of the first sets I got, and remains one of the most used sets I have. I dont use gridded mats, so I use the buildings on regular game mats, but I use them for everything from fantasy to historical skirmish games. I just used them again a few weeks ago for a Flintloque fantasy napoleonic skirmish game I ran at a local convention.
