Oh, the lakes ...I miss them, I truly do. Its just too expensive to live up there now. I was shocked the last time I went back ... the I-94 was one long strip mall from the IL border to Milwaukee. They took down the waterfront American Motors plant and most of the old assembly plant too. I was totally disorientated at the intersection where they use to be. The waterfront bridge is gone ... it just isn't the same at all.

I was suprised how well the economy is in Indiana, and how cheap it was (compared to FL RE, which has gotten absolutely rtidiculous), but besides the Hobart to Valpraiso run, the entire place is strip mall all the way to Chicago, as well

The tug and trawerls are great ideas, the perfect place for someone to wakeup and find themselves in cement overshoses.

Of cource COH/COV players want your next project to be a cargo ship so we can have firefights among container stacks, serching for prohibited goods and rescuing hostages. Yes we could easily do those in a werehosue, but the mental image of the long peir leading out to a reem of cardstock in ship form is awesome. Probably not a viable project as only a few diehard builders would make it, but Mayhem would be a drab town if nobody dreamed.

Very nice models there Chironex. That's the kind of thing I'm hoping Paul will design for us... though I know Marina is intially just the grittier side of the docks.

Yes, there will be full interiors. These are working boats with extra grime. No slipways in the cards for now.

It is my dining table, which is topped with rippled glass. My parents got it for me for Christmas so I would have somewhere to eat as the other tables contain modelling stuff and my computer.
