I get it done in a printer that made that , banners, and that kind of material...that I don't know how to say in english ... You pay per m2 not for what you put in... I made the file and send to them -

The trick is my fatherinlaw has a traditional printer (where I print/bind a lot of things for free :lol:

) and they know the printer that do that kind of jobs (banners.. to hang in the streets to make publicity - quite sturdy and not as easy to store)... I saw one and think about do it as a gaming mat and when they speak to them they told that have another kind of material that is more storable and washable...etc, etc...not more expensive ... That one is about 130cmx90cm and has cost me 40€ (I've not payed taxes and the "friend" price, so I supose the oficial price will be about 60€...not cheap but cooool) :lol:

The how was a bit tedios...look what to put in it (Water-sand-cave...) mix-max.... take the village one plus the cave...and un-dust my nearly null photoshop skills and do the transitions... - not a bad work after all...

Sweet game mat and build bayushi_shogo.
I assume the PD went together similiar to Industrial. Anything you can tell us about your thoughts on the build? Do you plan to take it further.

Thoughts on the vehicles and such?

I assume the mat is a similiar material to what the WWG plan is.
Denny can you comment?

The idea of a printed mat is nice, does it take wet erase markers? can it be erased? How colorfast is the printing process.

I noticed it holds creases well, do those relax out? or do you need to really roll the mat like a standard grid or hex mat to keep the creases out.

As far as tile layout, what is your plan? To lay street tiles ontop with black markered foam edges? Ignore the difference in levels?

Some gamers would try to use that 2.5' (in scale) edge to claim cover modifiers.
