Ok. So I first printed right out of the pdf, bad idea, it cut the picture side and bottom. So I tried the Snapshot camera select idea offered in the beginners guide. Still a problem except this time it cut just a bit off the top and sometimes a good inch off the bottom.

If you have this problem this is what to do:

First download Irfanview from www.irfanview.com it is a free image viewing software. Its a great program for many reasons. You can get the plugins download too if you like. Install the program/plugins. I like to set it to open most of my images by default, but you don't have to do this.

Next Open the pdf file in Adobe. Select Advanced > Export All Images. Place them in a temporary folder. I'm not sure if all Adobe products have this option, I am using Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Professional.

Open Irfanview and then open or drag the exported jpg file into it. Select File > Print (or Ctrl+P) a dialog opens. You probably won't need to change anything but here is my settings:

Printer: HP Deskjet 5400 series
0Portrait
Paper Size A4 (although I think this is irrelevant anyway)
600DPI (set this from your printer settings)
Leave the Headnote/Footnote stuff blank
Print Size: Original size (from image DPI)
Position: zeros, leave 'Center Image' unchecked.

My printer is a piece of crap and has very little for available settings.
Paper Options:
Borderless 8.5 x 11in. Check in Borderless printing.
Type:
HP Photo and Project Paper. (There are actually no options for the actual paper brand I use, HP expects people to buy and use ONLY their own paper products, morons.)
Quality: Whatever you like. I have 600DPI

Prints perfect sheets every single time.

Extra note: Tinker around with Irfanview, it has many cool things inside. Set up your prefs and options, file associations, etc...

I love that program, I wouldn't be able to make good printouts without it.
