Hey gang,

As you may or may not know, we are in the process of actively developing a new line of tangible terrain products to compliment our existing PDF digital line. Essentially, we've found an economical way to bring you the same modular flexibility (design any layout how you want) in a durable format that does not require any cutting or printing. Terrain sets in this format are completely cross-compatible. We also have the benefit of being able to convert our entire existing catalog to the new format.

The obvious upside for us is that this circumvents our old enemy piracy (almost completely) and it gives us the opportunity to potentially get WWG terrain into stores and or at local Con's. Appealing to a larger instant gratification crowd is an important factor for our general exposure and to our long term success.

I like the idea for convenience. And it would be much easier to give as a gift! I know many people who think my WW builds are cool but wouldn't make so much as a chair themselves.

Now personally I like building and kitbashing so I would want to also have the pdfs. Although I could forgo building my next set of 50 chairs by hand.

Also I wonder if this would be sturdier than cardstock. Personally I find larger structures like Shellendrak need be based on foamcore for best results. I would be interesting in some other option as I find foamcore extremely prone to warping and finicky to use.

Hi, Denny. A big part of the fun for me in this hobby is the process of the build. I'm not particularly wild about cutting, scoring, folding and edging, but it keeps me off the streets. When you say a tangible product without requiring cutting or printing, do you mean pre-cut, pre-printed sheets? Or premade structures? Also, what would the product be made of? Paper? Or are you unable to answer these kind of questions yet because of competitors? I chose the "wait and see" option because I don't feel I have enough info yet to make an intelligent choice, though I will say that based on everything else you guys make, I'm sure I'll like it.

Yeah, it's hard to give the kinds of answers you're looking for at the moment due to competitive trolling. "Sturdier than cardstock?" yes, most certainly.

I have a feeling that until the first official set is out, people will have a tough time giving a balanced answer. We had to ask though

I'm quite content to wait for specific details until its ready to go. No need to let imitators get a jump start.

Can you say if this new option could come in large sections? Or is it limited to a size similar to the current page print area?
