MiniChunk I find is generally the most versatile Dungeon set, my comments are based on it but probably apply to Chunky Dungeons as well.
Two things that immediately strike me as missing from this set are:

* A plain pit. There are several cool spiked or otherwise trapped or even staired/laddered pits in the set, how about the most common thing found in dungeons, a plain 10 foot cubic hole.

* Stairs going down. There is the pit with stairs in, but how about a ground tile with stairs going down that would make it look something like the stairs you can build with this set that go up. Maybe something like the stairs down from the original Dungeon works or the stairs down from InteriorWorks Castles and Keeps (But straight not spiral, though I guess having both would not hurt.)

The kit bash Treasury #1 set adds hugely to the sets usablility, especially the X, T Intersections, 2 inch walls and Big walls with doorways. I would almost say this is essential to make full use of Minchunk.
What I would really like to see like the things in this is a double door that actually fits in a 2 inch wall. There is a double door in the set that is 2 inch wide but this with supporting pillars takes up a 3 inch floor space. What would be good is something like the the two door in a two inch wall on the second page of the "big wall with doorways", having the same outer door from but missing the middle column and being filled with double doors.
