I have both Brothers MFC 240c and MFC 3360c. Both use the same cartridges. The 3360 is faster, but the 240 has a flatbed scanner rather than a feed scanner.

I buy from 4inkjets.com. But several online retailers offer the same lot deal.

Possible drawbacks:
1 I don't think the ink is color fast.
2 I have had issues with the colors some sets print.
Specifically: Hinterlands printed dark and the maiden's water tiles looked gray. But many problems seem to encounter some issue with the odd set. So you may have that issue regardless with what printer you use.

I had issues with Hinterland printing dark on my HP C4180 as well.

What troubles I had with dark printing pages with my HP C3135 did not occur on my HP C7280 even though both printers are HP Photosmart printers.
Plus, the HP C7280 has separate ink cartridges (6) for each colour.
