Square Towers are easy to make, though I have made a two story 'Jack maintenance facility that was a slightly irregular octagon. (Missing a wedge, so it looked sort of like a squared off Pac-Man.)

A 7"x7" tower is easy, and you can paste two 7" walls for one 14" wall without much difficulty. It can be combined with Interior Works Pubs & Inns for a more comfortable interior. While these are older sets I think that I have used the two Interior Works sets more than every other set combined.

My favorite Wizard's Tower though was built using Castle Works Ultimate - the main dwelling was not the tower, but a connected building. The tower doubled as a light house, and had a tiny rotating white 'police light' from I-Party inside of a copula built with pieces from I don't remember what set.

My original plan was to have the copula removable so that it could be a lighthouse or a Wizard's Tower, but then I decided 'why not have a lighthouse keeper who's a wizard?...' I still like that NPC.

The Auld Grump, I really should rebuild that tower, if I can find another of those tiny police light keychains....

If you want to make a tower with large rooms, you can use the buildings from CWU. There is a kitbash available to make a tower top for that rooms.

Looking at the pictures of the Watchtower, it seems that is only 4 sq. x 4 sq. I'd prefer something 7" x 7" at least.

The CWU Tower doesn't look much bigger. And for some reason the kitbash page isn't showing me any kitbashes today, so I can't check out the modification there.

The castle interior set is an interesting idea... certainly would allow for larger rooms inside. The question is, from the outside will that look like a Tower? Or should I just build the watch tower and have a separate interior standing by?

Here is the wizards tower that I did awhile back in the slide show below. It was done with CWU and pub and inns interiors. Hope this help for a reference for ya.

That tower is gorgeous; also, I am in awe of the number of sets you have...

Thinking about it, maybe the best way is just to design the interiors of the tower using Castles and Keeps Interiors and the Pups and Inns sets. You'll be able to customize the space more exactly. It won't have that exterior curb appeal, but it'll be more functional and adaptable.
